Kyiv, Ukraine – October 03, 2008 – BrainexSoft has released DDWidget 1.3, a utility to automate file transfer operations with floating Drop Boxes.

DDWidget allows delivering files to multiple recipients by simply dragging and dropping them onto a floating desktop icon (DropBox), so there is no need to set up email and network transfers separately.

The new version of DDWidget supports safety filters and e-mail notifications. Safety filters allow or disallow file transfers based on the type, the size or date of each file. The remote network administrators can receive the delivery statictics by email automatically.

The program supports Windows NT4/2000/XP/2003/Vista/2008.

DDWidget Pro version 1.3 costs $29.95(US, EUR, GBP) for a single-user license. Upgrades from previous versions are free for registered users. The free version (Limitations: 1 DropBox and 200 files transfer per month) is also available.
